Are you Fred and Mabel's daughter?
Didn't you all live at the other end of Spring
Creek Rd when we were little? I vaguely
remember that. Have I confused this?
Aren't you Carol's sister? She married
Gary Curtis from my class, haven't seen
them in years.

You two and your aunt Ruby Speak
were so gracious to include me in your
little Sunday excursions that went by and
checked on your grandmother in Oxford
wasn't it? I will never forget those little tours!
What was the classmate of mine's name that
went with us, the one that lived so shortly in
Calico? Was it Deborah Dodd? Do you
remember any of this?

Oh, sorry----I forgot to say, I am Doyle
and Juanita Peck's daughter. Remember
the old clinic, we lived just down the hill.

The road to the Spring Creek Cemetery is just north of the Bank on Hwy 56.
Turn right just past the bank if you are driving "out" of Calico, and turn
left just before the bank if you are driving toward Calico. It's the area
that we used to call "White Way Hill"
