Don't know if this will help any.
The WestPoint School is a new school to me.
I have done some research on when the first consolidated school in AR was
formed.
An election was held 27 FEB 1930, the schools voting for consolidation were,
Wiseman, Moser, Day, Violet Hill, Reid, Forrest Chapel, Oak Grove, Johnson
View, and Billingsley. The consolidation passed with flying colors it said
and the Rural Special School District No. 1 was formed with the above
schools. A New Six Room School Building was built at Violet Hill and a new
3 room School was built at Wiseman . The buildings was started in 1930 and
finish the next year. Other schools did join in later, but I have seen no
mention of the WestPoint School, of course I'm not done with the research so
it may have joined at a later date.
I would have thought Orgel would have attended the Forrest Chapel School
before going to Violet Hill. West Point may have joined with the Forrest
Chapel school before the consolidation.
