Gen Ed still has elevated SedRate and a Dr in Gastroenterology thinks it
might be polymyalgia rheumatica, and is sending him to a rheumatologist the
26th. They can't figure out why he has just started this problem in the last
3 mo. Don't know if he is loosing blood or just not making it. maybe they
will find out what is going on and can do something about it. All those
medical names will drive you up the wall. i pull up stuff on the computer
and read, but still not smart enough to figure it all out.
The "plummer" urologist is going to do an implant in lower part of my back
"putting in a shut off valvue i think." ha!! next Wed the 12th. If it solves
my problem it will be installed permantley. This will be in office, but if
permant will have to go to hospital i figure as an out patient.
Still not getting much rain just a few showers hope maybe some heavier
stuff over the week end.
Bet that phone stays busy now. Ha!
Have a good week end June

doctor turned out ok.
> My good news is, we've found a way to get local phone service set up for
my dau. & gdau. in England, and it won't cost but 25$ a month. Sure beats
the 2.35 a minute I was having to pay. So WHOOOPEEE! Now maybe she won't
feel so far away from home, we can call her and let her know all the little
stuff that happens day to day with the family.
> Bernie, did you have a time frame for returning to the mainland for
good? I think you've said, but my memory is pretty short. I think you're
going to miss those ocean breezes after so long, but I'm sure everyone will
be glad to see you closer to home. Maybe you'll be able to get a long
weekend and visit the Izard Co. folks.
> Cloudy skies here, but not much more rain than a little spit. A friend
on the w. side of Beaver Lake said they got over four inches of rain
yesterday afternoon, and overnight. We may not be getting the rain here in
my part of KS, but the lower temperatures have sure been a blessing.
