I was wondering if anyone could tell me who the Nancy Adams, daughter of Alexander Adams and Elizabeth McCubbin born about 1832 was married to?

Since her mother's name was Elizabeth, I just wondered if she might be Nancy Elizabeth Adams. I only have her lised as Nancy Adams but just wondered.

This data shows her birth state as AR and her youngest brother, Robert, was born in Izard Co., AR
