Calico Rock Progress - Feb 16, 1940
J. E. Meeker, 79, died at his home two miles south of Melbourne
Friday. He is survived by his wife; four daughters, Mrs Maude Marchant, Mrs
Steve Bone, Mrs Vernie Johnson and Mrs Roxie Turnbull of Melbourne; a son,
E. A. Meeker of Melbourne; two sisters, Mrs Mary Kirwin of Iowa City, Ia.,
and Mrs John D. Davidson, of Muskogee, Okla., and a half-sister Mrs John
Wren of Cushman.
