In my "mixed up" records here, I have been rechecking and sorting. It seems
that there are 3 or more MARY ANN GOFF`s..............

George W. Goff married *Mary Ann Rebecca "Polly" Doss 29 Feb. 1840

They had a daughter:
*Mary A. Gawf born Nov. 28, 1847
and a son
John L. ( Lavender) Gawf born Dec. 25 1840 in Henderson Co. TN.-died Aug.
20, 1910 in Sharp Co. Arkansas, buried in Powell`s Chapel cem in Sharp Co.
Ar.
another son they named:
William Green Gawf, b: 14 June 1850

Son John L. Gawf married Margaret Johnson and they also had a daughter:
Mary A. Gawf, born ca. 1871.

I would think the one Vera is asking about is John L. Gawf`s daughter; Mary
A. Gawf.
