Looks like we are thinking of two different women.
This is what I have for Mary Ann "Rebecca" (Gawf) Payne

James R. Mar 1869 age 31 md 9 yrs
Mary B. Mar 1871 age 29 had 6 children 3 living
William L. Sep 1892 age 7
Joseph K. Jan 1894 age 6
Marissa L. Jan 1897 age 3

In the Garvin County, OK 1910 census it list James and Mary 31 and married
17 years. Don't know if all the children listed in the 1910 census are
theirs. In the 1920 Garvin County, OK census Mary 48 is a widow with these
children William L. 26 AR , Cornelus B. 19 AR, Mary D. 16 AR , James M., 14
AR, Earnest S. 11 OK, Elma C. 9 OK, Zelma A. 9 OK. (1910 census says she
has had 13 children with 8 living, also showed twins age 9.) Didn't find her
in 1930 Oklahoma census.

Funeral held for ex-cityan
Funeral services for Mary R. Payne, 95, of Tecumseh, an early day resident
of Pauls Valley, were held at 10 a.m. Friday in the Capitol Hill Funeral
Home in Oklahoma City. Burial was in the Klondike cemetery near Pauls
Valley. OK. Payne died last Tuesday in a Shawnee hospital. She was born in
Sharp County, Arkansas, and came to Pauls Valley in 1908. She moved to
Oklahoma City 12 years ago. She had moved recently to Tecumseh. She was a
member of the Church of Christ. She was the grandmother of Mrs. Delma Jones
of Pauls Valley and aunt of Gilbert and Elbert Campbell of Pauls Valley and
Mrs. Bill Bevers of the Brady community. Other survivors include five sons,
W. L. of Chickasha, C. B. of Harrah, J. M. of Oklahoma City and J. C. and
Ernest of Santa Ana, Calif.; five daughters, Mrs. A. S. Roberts of the home,
Mrs. C. R. Fagin of Bellview, Texas, Mrs. Martin Jones of Olivehurst,
Calif., Mrs. G. 0. Salley of Santa Ana, Calif., and Mrs. Lonnie Roy of
Oklahoma City; 148 grandchildren and 58 great grandchildren. (from a Pauls
Valley newspaper - she died 14 Feb 1967)

California death information for her son Joseph list her maiden name as
Gawf.

I have a copy of a picture of the family that had to be taken by 1910 and
the names of the children, at that time are on it.
