Thank you for the info. With a little more investigating I found Rosa Tea Taylor with her parents in the 1900 Federal Census. Harold you are right the "Mrs. W. W." should have been a "W. J." Her name was Mary E.in the 1900 census but in the 1910 she is Nancy E.
Still haven't figured out who the William L.Fudge that married Alice Nora Haley (daughter of Russell C. and Betty Haley) belongs too. They married in 1915 but can't connect him to the Fudge in Melbourne. Oh, well I'll just keep trying. His CA death certificate says he was born in MO but the census records I have say he was born in AR his father was born in MO and mother in AR. She was a Brewster according to the dc.

Calico Rock Progress - Mar 6, 1931 - Dead - W. J. (Uncle Dick) Taylor, 79
died March 1 at the home of his son, Ed near Stella. he is survived by 11
children, 4 boys and 7 girls. He was buried Monday p.m. in the family
cemetery near Stella. He was a faithful member of the Concord Baptist
Church. He was an uncle of S. W. Taylor of this city.
Melbourne Times - Mar 6, 1931 - W. J. Taylor Dead
W. J. Taylor, known as "Uncle Dick" Taylor died at the home of
his son Ed Taylor of near Stella Sunday, March 1, following an illness of
about ten days of heart trouble, coupled with the infirmities of age - he
was 79.
He was one of the county's best loved citizens and was regarded
as a man who was ever on the right side of every question concerning the
betterment of his community.
He reared a family of 13 children, 11 of whom survive him. They
are: J. B. Taylor of Ash Flat; J. W. Taylor, Uvalde, Texas; Mrs H. M.
Finley, Zion; Mrs J. F. Pendleton, Beedeville, Ark.; Mrs J. P. Amos,
Maysville, Okla.; D. E. Taylor, Stella; R. W. Taylor, Sheridan, Ark.; Mrs R.
M. Anderson, Zion; Mrs W. W. Fudge, Melbourne; Mrs M. E. Wiles, Arkadelphia;
Mrs W. E. Miller, Zion.
Of these only two, J. W. Taylor and Mrs J. P. Amos were unable
to attend his funeral on account of illness.
Funeral services were conducted at the Taylor cemetery by Elders
W. M. Cooper, D. A. Hively, F. B. Williams and Wyatt Ford after which the
remains were laid to rest by the side of his wife who died several years
ago.
