General Mills grant to help revitalize Calico Rock

CALICO ROCK - A group that wants to make the town more attractive for residents and businesses got help this week from Hamburger Helper.

General Mills brand Hamburger Helper awarded a $5,000 "My Hometown Helper" grant to the Calico Rock Organization for Revitalization Efforts, or C.O.R.E.

Gloria Gushue, the organization's president, said she was notified of the assistance last Friday and the check was deposited on Tuesday.
