Like, Gen, I am trying to fit in some of the Lankford lines to clear up some
of my own questions. Hope you can follow this and, perhaps, help me out.
Thanks in advance:

Nancy Vernell Lankford married William Bernard Black son of Luther Sr. and
Fannie (Frances) Beatrice Davis Black.

Nancy Vernell Lankford was the daughter of Harvey Parks and Eliza McAnnaley
Lankford. Her brother, Calvin Lankford is the one who recently passed on and
the obit was posted.

Ok, switch gears here: Frank Arie Sharp married Frances Iris "Fannie"
McAnnaly. She was the daughter of William and Ida Roberts McAnnally. Frank
and Fannie's son, John William married Lorah Merle Lankford, daughter of
David Calvin and Anna K. Thomas Lankford. David Calvin was a brother to
Harvey Parks Lankford. Lorah died in 1980 and John W. remarried. You will
notice in the Nobie Lankford Obit that " Pallbearers were Don Green, Frankie
Sharp, Wayne Smart, Mike Sharp, Benny Finley, Rayburn Finley and Ted Farris"
the Sharp connection is there as pallbearers. As well. as John W. Sharp who
served a honorary pallbearer. (He is a very dear cousin to me.)


I have been unable at this this point in earth time to document that Eliza
McAnnaley and Francis McAnnaley are sisters. Their births and area of
marriage does point to the fact that they are contemporaries, and probably
sisters.

Then we can go on and on with the ROBERTS, HERRORS and LANKFORDS. My
interest is the SHARP line. I have researched for 34 years, so I am always
interested in adding to the married in and the female lines. Have a very
large picture website of about 200+ cousins and over 4000 pictures of all
names attached to the SHARP's line from PA across America. So, if we
connect, can we try to help each other? I will share what I have if it will
help anyone.
