That site is wonderful. I just put in the name "Dixon" and it listed 1259.
So many of the images you can see the actual certificate. I found a "view
image" of James Madison Dixon's death certificate and it was signed by H.L.
Dixon, which would be his son Henry Lincoln. My question to the list is: He
says his mother's maiden name is Maranda Flemmings, I have Martha Ann Hays.
Could someone who researches this line (Like Joyce) look at the death
certificate and see if I've lost my eyesight too! My minds been missing for
a long time.
