Can someone tell me how to contact a person about Ancestry.com? A few minutes ago I was going to do the 14 day trial, then afterward join, but when I started filling in my name and e-mail address a message came back and said someone else was using that e-mail address. How can I write to them and ask what is going on? Thanks.
