Hi there Mary

And thanks so much for taking the time to explore. After I saw your post -
I looked around and it appears that there was a James L. Marlin (1878-1943)
and his wife; Lucy "Dora" Wilkes (1881-1951) that are buried there at
Antioch.

And James Alene "Allie" Carter Marlin Hightower is buried there at Antioch,
too - isn't she?

May be that this James Marlin and Charles Lee Marlin (b1876) could be
siblings?

I know that there were some Marlins in Izard County - but, I just don't know
that much about them. The Marlins that my Blankinship intermarried with? I
know that they had Rutherford Co., Tennessee origins - and ended up around
Cave City - in Sharp County. Her name was Lena Marlin and I have no dates
for her or parentage. Lena was married to my mother's cousin; Grover
Jefferson Blankenship (b1920). And the Blankinships intially migrated to
Izard County and then moved over into Sharp and Independence Counties at the
turn of the century.

I thought I had her Marlin parents; but when I just looked? Nope.

So, appreciate the look up - so, if anyone ever comes across a Lena Marlin -
will you give her to me? LOL
