Looking for a husband for Christon "Cressa" Langston b. Ca 1819 to
Absalom and Dorcas Young Langston. I have only the name James Elems
and that they were married ca 1836.
Don't know if these Census records are of these people.

1840 Census Arkansas, Independence, Green River. James F. Elms 20-30,
wife 20-30, no children shown.

1850 Census Arkansas, Izard, Franklin. In the house of Joshua Ross
there are several men living, one a teacher and the others farmers.
Among them is James Ellams 35 AR and Henry Langston 36 AR.

Who is this Henry Langston and any ideas on James, could he be the
husband of Christon "Cressa" Langston?
