Sep 9, 1938 - Mrs Helms Dead

Mrs Edith Helms, aged 23 of Oxford died in a Batesville hospital Thursday of
last week, following an operation. Funeral services were held at Oxford
Friday, conducted by Eld. D. A. Hively, assisted by Eld Hugo Cooper.
Deceased is survived by her father, Jesse Webb of Mount Pleasant; husband,
Arland Helms and one daughter, of Oxford.

Aug 4, 1939 - Mrs A. T. Helm Dead

Mrs Lula Helm, 53, wife of A. T. Helm of Oxford, died Thursday of last week.
She is survived also by two sons, Earl and Eathel Helm of Indianapolis,
Ind., four daughters, Miss Vesta Kankey of Oxford. Mrs Gladys Sexton of
Indianapolis, Ind., Mrs Geneva Mason of Oxford and Mrs Naomi Collins of
Salem, five brothers, Willie and Joe Webb of Oxford, Harmon Webb of Bald
Knob and Elmer Webb of Wideman. (is Vesta a Mrs ?)
