Cooper Cousins will have their 27th reunion on May 7th , 2006, at the City Park in downtown Melbourne, Izard County Arkansas. Registeration will begin at 10:00 am, with a PotLuck luncheon at noon. Activities in the park for all ages, horseshoes, basketball, vollyball and games. Prizes for the longest married couple, the farthest traveled, youngest and most elderly.
We will have a Craft Table, bring something you have fashioned, made, grown or preserved to share. There will be an update on the DNA testing for our Cooper lineage. Results connect our Cooper line with decendants of John Cooper born 1730 in N.C. John's line traced back to Yorkshire England in the late 1500's.
