Bernie, do I remember correct? Was there something said one time about
William T. Smith marrying one of his nurses? With that in mind I checked all
37 pages of the hospital list. There were a lot of nurses, even a few nurse
Anns but none with what I thought was the last name of Weant / Meant or
Smith. There were a few officers with wifes and children listed. One officer
even had his mother-in-law listed.
