Calico Rock Progress - Jun 9, 1950 - Mrs Francis Smith Dies at Oxford Sunday

Funeral services for Mrs Maude Francis Smith, aged 68, were held
yesterday afternoon at the Oxford Church of Christ.

Mrs Smith died of a heart attack at her home in Oxford Sunday.
She was a life-long resident of this county and a member of the Church of
Christ.

Survivors include her husband, Lon Smith; three daughters, Mrs
Beatrice Ballard, Mrs Elsie Rains and Mrs Verlean Parker all of Oxford; six
sons, T. Smith of San Jose, Calif., Herbert Smith of Hendrix, Okla., Floyce
Smith of Indianapolis, Ind., and Curtis Leo and Wilbur Smith all of Oxford.

Burial was in Oxford Cemetery.
