Jean, there are about 105 William Green's in Arkansas in 1930. Care to divulge a little more information.... Like place of birth and/or year of birth?
I did find 6 Effie Green's in 1930 Arkansas. The same for her also. birth year and place? Maybe we can narrow it down a little.
Need more information on the Lowrance also. Will see what I can come up with.

They lived in Turkey Creek in 1920 but are not their not there in 1930.they
