We have the following info on Rev. William J. Carder from our Carder file.
William J. Carder (b. 1846, in TN), was a Methodist circuit minister.
William was son of David D. Carder (b. abt 1804, d after 1870)
David D. Carder was a son of John Carder (d. 1809)
John Carder was son of John Carder (d. between 1817 and 1825
These Carders came to Greene Co. TN from either Hampshire Co. WV or
Culpeper Co. VA in 1780's
William Jasper Carder is listed in RootsWeb's WorldConnect Project.
William Jasper Carder is listed with two wives. Laura Brown (m. 1869)
and Frances Catherine McKamie (m. 1884)
Children by Laura Brown are:
1. Nancy Callie Carder b. 22 Dec 1870 ****** Is this your Callie who m.
2. Mittie Carder b. 31 Dec 1872
3. Connie Carder 12 Mar 1875
Children by Frances Catherine McKamie:
