Jim,
To answer your question, They are not the same. Frances Pinkston that married John Welch was the daughter of Zac Pinkston, She was born May 6,1945 and the Frances Pinkston that married Palmer Pinkston was the daughter of John Green Pinkston, and she was born in March of 1890.
