> I would love to find something on my Cousin,i've been searching for information on his fathers family for years,I believe his name was Floyd or Roy Moore his father was Granville/Grandville Moore and mother was Lula /Lou/Lunar Farmer Moore,I believe her family was from Izard Co.

You may already have this. Granville's family was from Lawrence Co. I don't find a trace of any of them in 1930 -- anywhere.

1900 Lawrence Co., AR -- Lawrence Twp. -- 15 Jun 1900 -- p. 116

#94/98 Moore, William G. Dec 1854 45 OH PA OH Head md. 15 yrs.
Nora E. Sep 1864 35 OH PA OH Wife 3 ch./3 liv.
Granville Sep 1876 23 OH OH OH Son
B????????? F. May 1886 14 MI OH OH Son
Mi??????? I. Jul 1889 10 MI OH OH Daughter

Obviously Nora was not Granville's mother. Younger son's name doesn't really look like "Benjamin," but that's all I can think of. Daughter's name could be "Missouri."

1910 Lawrence Co., AR -- Lawrence Twp. -- 29 Apr 1910 -- p. 156

#150/150 Moore, G.H. 32 OH OH OH Head md. 7 yrs.
Lulu 27 AR KY AR Wife 4 ch./3 liv.
Mattie 5 AR OH AR Daughter
Floyd 3 AR OH AR Son
Ray 1 AR OH AR Son
Farmer, Birdey(?) 20 AR KY AR Sister-in-law

#153/153 Moore, W.G. 56 OH OH OH Head md. 25 yrs.
Nora E. 46 OH PA OH Wife 2 ch./2 liv.
B.F. 24 MI OH OH Son
Gibson, Retha 4 AR MI MI Granddaughter

1920 Lawrence Co., AR -- Lawrence Twp. -- 09 Feb 1920 -- p. 43

#191/196 Moore, Grandville 42 OH OH WA Head
Lulu 38 AR AR AR Wife
Matt 14 AR OH AR Daughter
Alfred 12 AR OH AR Son
B????ic 10 AR OH AR Son
Macklin 8 AR OH AR Son
Russell 6 AR OH AR Son
Louis 3 2/12 AR OH AR Son
Margie 2 2/12 AR OH AR Daughter

From this I'd say Floyd = Alfred and Ray = B????ic. If Floyd was killed in a war, it must have been WWII. Or maybe Ray = Roy. It was clearly "Ray" in the census, but that "B" name is a mystery.

I know that Lawrence Co. has had all their marriage records indexed on computer for at least the past 10 years, but as far as I know they're not online. You can contact the county clerk's office in Walnut Ridge for info. I sent them a list of surnames (and some money) 10 years ago when I was just getting started in genealogy, and they sent me a huge computer printout for all the records for those names. It was invaluable!
