Phil,

Is Anderson Batterton, b. 8 Nov 1800 KY, d. 3 DEC 1877 in Franklin, married
FEB 1939 Isabella Maninger b. 23 JUN 1823, d. 1 MAY 1880 part of you family?
Children, Alex, Frank, Bud, not sure of the others.
Came to the Franklin, Izard Co. area not long before Anderson death by way
of Rolla MO. and Baxter Co.
I think this Frank ( A. F.) is the one that Vera sent the obit for. His
family was the first to have a automobile in Franklin.
I remember several of his sons. There are several family members still
living in the Franklin Area.
One of the older one's passed this year.
I have a short article on Anderson and Isabella that was written by Vester
Williams and was printed in the Salem Headlight , 5 Sept. 1968, paper
published in Salem AR Fulton Co. There was also a picture of Anderson and
Isabella Batterton. If you would like a copy of it I can send you a snail
mail copy if you send me your address.
