I don't think 1930 census adds up................

Says that they were married twenty-two years in 1930? Is this Lillie M. a
first wife of Gross'? I have in my records that Lela and Gross were married
June 1938 - there in Baxter Co.

This note from Vera, from earlier research:

Newspaper dated June 17, 1938
MARRIED George M. Gross to Mrs. Lela Melton at Mountain Home on Monday. It
says Mrs!

So..............she married Frank Melton in April 1935 and Gross in June
1938. I have the last newspaper article regarding her trial and it says:

BAXTER BULLETIN, 27 MARCH 1936. "Mrs. Melton Pleads Guilty, Sentenced to
One Year."

If my memory serves me correctly, Lela was given term for days already
served. So, she may not have spent any additional time, following the March
1936 judgement - as Melton was killed on September 29, 1935.

In 1930; she was still a young girl and living in the home of her parents;
Joe Sinor and Mattie Smith:

1930 Baxter Co., Arkansas census:
SINOR, Joe 50 M head married first time at 29 AR TN TN
Mattie M. 51 F wife married first time at 30 MO MO NC
Lela Marie 15 F daughter AR MO MO
Arthur L. 13 M son AR AR MO
Lottie Ethel 11 F daughter AR AR MO

Does anyone know if Heritage has the 1930 Arkansas census posted?
