Thanks Bill,
I too hope that Lela was able to lead a good life
after all the strife in her twenties. It must have
been hard. I hope that the Frank Melton story didn't
keep rearing its ugly head while she was alive. It is
so hard sometimes to "live down" things that happen in
life even if they are beyond ones control. I really
wanted to find out what happened with her and achieve
the closure you talked about. If you would like a
scan of the obits when I receive them, I'd be happy to
send them to you.
