Terri, May/Mae Cockrum was murdered in 1917 and Eugene died in 1949.
These gangs under discussion were operating during the Civil War therefore
much earlier. Since Cockrum of the CW came from Lone Rock, he was no doubt
part of the family, but a generation or two earlier.
