It really helped to see Vera's message and the others on the Izard list.
That helped me figure out it wasn't just a problem with Ruby's set up in some way
but was broader and that is when I started calling AOL.
I appreciate your willingness to allow us the ability to share some things
that other admins don't allow. Sometimes a mail list is the best way to find
out what is going on and then try to figure out what is happening.
