It sounds like it might be the same book, but I'm not sure. I don't have a copy of it. I do know the one I saw a few years ago was copyrighted in 1947 or at least reprinted that year, but I don't think it was a Higginson reprint. It appeared to be that old. It was a small book, perhaps 8 1/2 inches tall, 6 inches wide, and about 3/4 inch thick with a tan or orange cover. You might want to compare the index in yours to the index I posted. I xeroxed a few pages out of it, and naturally I can't find them right now! Just going by memory, the pages I copied had to do with the Estes family, were all in the same section, and included articles on William Karr Estes, Rufus Jasper Estes, and E.C. Rodman, to name three. Harold says he's got a copy of the original that didn't have the index, but maybe he can better describe it for you.
