Sharron,

There is a book out on delayed birth records. Vernon Hays / Hayes or Edward
V. wasn't found. Since not a lot of births were recorded in the early 1920s
you may not get one.

I looked this up and then remembered you have a family site. Checked it out
a little and it doesn't look like you need any of this but I'm sending it
anyway maybe there will be something. Vera

Hays, Dora Lut.... d. 8-8-1947 in White County at age 75
no obituary found int the Calico Rock Progress but I haven't read the
Melbourne Times for that time frame.
