I know that James Earl Clift is on the 1920 Census for Newburg, Izard Co.,
Ark or
What I'm trying is to find my father Vernon Edward Hays on the 1930 .
his father is William Napoleon Hays, wife Ida Willie (Clift) Hays
children : Vernon, Joseph, Melvin
I think my father was born in Ark., but he may have been born in Oklahoma.
That why I was trying to get a copy or someone who had a copy of the Ark
Census or can tell me how to use the website for the census. I been looking on the
Ancestry.com on the census. but haven't find my father.
the Census code is H200. I know that Melvin was born in Oklahoma and I think
so was Joseph and maybe my father. I know they was back and forward as a child
from Ark to Ok.
My grandmother has the face features of an Indian. and her step-brother was
in OK had some Indian land.
If I can find my father in 1930 then I would know where to go to get his
birth Certificate for my record.
My father born date that I have is July 8, 1920. that is off his drives
license.
Any help will be appreciated.
