Vera, I really do not know if this is the same Spencer Foster, my Spencer F
Foster was born, 11/26/1826, died 6/22/1911, I know he is buried in Staggs
Cem. So are my grandpareants, David Wilson White & Martha Jane Foster White
I have a copy of his application for pension also have his wife application
for widows pension, I will look them over when I have time to get them out
and see if there is any dates of interest on them. How are you conected?
