Marilyn, my roots are strong in Henry and Weakley Counties, Tennessee. My grandmother, Lavinia Agee RIDGWAY, was born at Palmersville in Weakley County, Tennessee, in 1869. She was the first child in her family, and they migrated after 1880 to Baxter County, Arkansas. In his narrative, her grandfather, William Alexander RIDGWAY (1825 Weakley County, TN - 1917 Baxter County, AR), a STRONG Primitive Baptist, speaks of a preacher, Reuben ROSS. I believe he baptized him. Would Reuben ROSS be part of your family?

My families are connected to most everyone in West Tennessee, and I believe I have some ROSS marriages. Will check and get back to you.
