Hi Bernie & Harold,
Betty Jo Hightower and Cecil Croy
Betty is the daughter of Ivy Veda Hightower and Jewel Erwin.
I don't know who Cecil Croy's parents were but.....
Both Betty Jo and Cecil were born in Oklahoma. Both were born after the 1930
census and both are still living as far as I know.

I did check the 1930 census of Garvin Co., Oklahoma and found one Croy
family. That doesn't mean that they were Cecil's parents but it is interesting that
both the mother and father of this family were born in Arkansas. That
listing is:
Robert H. Croy - head - 46 - md at age 21 - Ark-Ala-Tn - farmer
Jeffie - wife - 45 - md at age 21 - Ark-Ark-Ark
Irene - daughter - 19 - Ok
Lillian - daug - 16 - Ok
Mabel - daug. - 13 - Ark

The difference in years beween Mabel at age 13 and the birth of the above
mentioned Cecil is great enough to make me question that these are his parents.
But I thought I would send it anyway.
