Bernie, I just looked at 1910 census index for Fulton County, Arkansas
(Heritage Quest) and they are:

FINLEY CHAS O 29 M W AR AR FULTON BIG CREEK TWP 1910

FINLEY E N 44 M W OH AR FULTON AFTON TWP 1910

FINLEY FRANCES H 19 F W AR AR FULTON UNION TWP 1910

FINLEY GEO W 76 M W IL AR FULTON BIG CREEK TWP 1910

FINLEY GEO W JR 35 M W AR AR FULTON BIG CREEK TWP 1910

FINLEY JOHN B 40 M W AR AR FULTON FULTON TWP 1910
* * *
Those descended from Illinois and Ohio FINLEYs would not be connected to the
ones from Maryland > Georgia > Arkansas. There's the possibility they were
connected back to some who may have migrated from Maryland.

C. K. FINLEY (1830 - 1913) buried at Elizabeth may be wife of above George
W. FINLEY, age 76 (b. 1834), in Illinois.

The other FINLEYs born in Arkansas -- but not from the Ohio and Illinois
lines -- could be connected to the ones in Independence, Izard and Baxter
Counties.

Peggy
