Vera, perhaps since BLEVINS and PARKS family are connected, Harold or Bill
may have information to verify this.

The Louisiana SMITH-DAVIS and Lou PARKS may be Louisa A. PARKS, b. 1870, MO,
to Dr. William Carroll PARKS (d. 1900, Baxter Co.) and wife Mary Frances
MILLER (d. abt. 1870). My notes show the family came to Baxter County about
1869, from Missouri.

Her family: 1) Francis, b. 1856; 2) Michael H., b. 1856; 3) Adelia, b.
1857; 4) Isabelah A., b. 1859; 5)Bradford B. PARKS, b. 1860, m. Cora "Honey"
ARNETT in 1889; 6) Lara L., b. 1861; 7) William Sigal "Sig" (1863, MO -1937,
Baxter Co.), m. 1)Mouncy Catherine HENDERSON; 2) Martha Catherine "Mattie"
GIST.; 8) Finis B., b. 1866, MO; 9) Mary F., b. 1868, MO, m. Ephraim BARTON;
10) Louisa A., b. 1870, MO; 10) Arthur Pinkney (no info except died after
1929 -- probably based on a family obit).
