A few years ago while helping my husband in Real Estate we listed some of
the property mentioned in this probate record. The lady gave me the abstract
and the original probate record along with some other very old papers. I
copied them but before she moved she gave me the very large packet of
abstract papers and said she had no more use for them. This probate record
is very old and about to fall a part at the folds so I've made a copy and
shared it with several people over the past 6 years or so. The date at the
top is Friday Oct 18, 1889. A little over half way down the page you will
see a line that starts Isham H. Talley departed this life on the __ day of
Oct 1881.

The picture I took of his head stone about 3 weeks ago shows he died Sep 13,
1882.
