Note from my file: Per Geri Blankenship Nolen, William Gawf was a full
blood and Milly was White.

A daughter of the above couple; Martha Jane Gawf (1883-1987) was married to
a brother of my grandmother's. His name was Robert Jefferson "Jeff"
Blankinship (1882-1950). Martha Jane and Jeff divorced after having five
children together. I have seen a picture of Jeff - but not of Martha Jane;
who by the way lived to be 104 years of age, I am told. Their daughter;
Nancy Jane still lives in Cave Springs. Isn't that the name of that town in
Sharp Co.? Nice lady........

Wonder how your Gawfs and these connect?
