William Mitchell Payne's parents were John Preston and Mary (Taylor) Payne.
John Preston Payne's parents were William H. and Dollie (Boyd) Payne

Thomas John Payne married Lousie Boyd sister to Dollie.Boyd.

Thomas John and Lousie are my gr gr grandparents.Through their son William
McAlister Payne.

My grandmother was a little thing and every time I see the Beverly
Hillbillies I think of her. She weighed less than a 100 pounds most of her
life. Her name was Sarah Cansadie "Essie Jane" Minnie Christine Polly Ann
(Payne) Smith, Sisk.
