Mrs Chadwocl Dies Friday at age of 82

Mrs Susanna Catherine Nancy Daniel Chadwick, one of the community's oldest and most hightly respected women, died at her home at this place, Friday morning, after several days illness.

The funeral was held Saturday afternoon, conducted by Rev. Lelon Looper and John Ed Steely. Interment was at Flat Rock cemetery.

Deceased was born March 2, 1861, in Kentucky. She moved to Arkansas as a child and the greater part of her life was spent in this section. In 1877 she was married to William Chadwick, whose death occured in 1935. Seven children were born to this union.

Mrs Chadwick was converted at the age of 14 and united with the Baptist church and lived a devout Christian life.

Surviving are four sons and one daughter, Frank Chadwick of California, Wiley of Oklahoma, Amberson of Oxford, Ark., Clem of Kansas and Mrs Mattie Jones of Oklahoma. Twenty-eight grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren also survive.

I know we've discussed this Chadwick before but I don't remember if I've sent the obit before.
