Wanda and Bernie,
Here are the census I have that appears to connect these same folks Wanda is
asking about. I have not been able to figure out their connections yet
either.
I would say that the Catharine who married William Yeary was first married
to a Livingston and the two Livingston girls were from the first marriage as
to how Jefferson and Letta/Leticia and Nathaniel Mason connect I'm not sure.
But William Yeary was a brother to the Susan Yeary who married James Jeffrie
Culp (son of Levina Jeffery Sams Culp) so I'm sure there's a connection
there somehow.
There are some sources who list Catharine as having the maiden name of Key
also, but not sure that is correct, if so I don't know anything about the
Key connection. Maybe Wanda is right, maybe she was a Kizzia and all
someone could remember was that the name sounded something like Key ?????
