Dear Peggy,
I was delighted to see the name Jane Kozzar--it probably is Kizziar. However, I don't have her in my line (or at least not that I am aware
of). I have a Sarah Jane Kizzia. But she never married, never had children and died in a mental institution in Oklahoma--had epilepsy.
As far as I know, don't have a connection to the Ruddell name, but will keep it in mine--ya just never know.
