I think we may have you beat up in in north central Arkansas.
On my back porch it was 12 degrees this morning about 6.

About your Ballards, I think I've ask you before.
I've miss placed one of my Havners.
Mary Ann Havner m. 1897 J. W. Ballard or Bullard in
Baxter County, AR. They moved to OK before the 1900 census
was taken. I've been unable to find anything more. The marriage
record at the court house in done in such poor hand writing
I can't tell if it is Ballard or Bullard.

I know it's a needle in a hay stack but had to ask.
