An earlier article dated Mar 7, 1941reports the death of his brother:

Survivors are his wife, 4 sons; Boyce, Baker, Dan and Berry and 3 brothers;

native of Izard County.
Another article dated Jul 9, 1943
Edward Billingsley 73 deid Tuesday. Survivors are his wife, a son Baxter
Billingsley, a daughter; Mrs Vernon Shell of Amarillo, Tex and a brother

Wonder if Roscoe was left out of Austin's obit or if Oscar was a mistake ? ?
