Yep! The Robert A. Waggoner was brother to my great grandfather
Andrew Francis Waggoner. Have two sons born to Robert A. and
Elizabeth Oakley....Joseph Oakley Waggoner b 1872, Izard Co and James
Robert Lee (Lee) Waggoner b. 1879 d July 3 1960. Buried Violet Hill
Cem.

All this according to Donna Waggoner Carter who has a good Waggoner
website.
