Hi Tinkerbell, it is great to hear this info. I expect you must know Don Whitfield, of Paoli , OK? he is my father's
uncle, and knew Alec and Gert real well. Please tell me something of your remembrances of uncle Alec, etc. I would
love to hear anything you'd like to share.

IS there anything on Coleman Porter Whitfield's birthplace, or dates? Any other piece of the puzzle?

How exciting it is to hear all this news ;-) gotta love the net!
