I don't know anything about my Fowler line other than ALETHA JANE FOWLER b.
1850 in prob Ky (maybe Tn) married WILLIAM HENRY HILL b. 1840. Their first
child was born in 1878 in White Co., ark Bald Knob. My grandfather John
Henry Hill was born 1880 in Bald Knob. My ggrandmother always said her
name was Aletha Jane P Melviney Fowler. So I wonder if she was a Melviney
and married a Fowler before marring my ggrandpa Hill? Don't know. Can't
find any records. Any suggestions.
