Is the Melbourne newspaper on microfilm? If so where are the copies? Does
the public library in Melbourne have copies?

Heather's index for the early years appears to be great!!!

However, I'll hopefully be in Izard County for a week this summer and I
want to look up some obits from 1916, 1943, 1948, etc. I have death dates
on these people.......so eventhough an index would be a nice at least I
have a ball park idea of when to look if there are available copies of the
paper.
