Just caught that Howard name as I was coming out of this note! Were these
Howard descendants of the group in Howard Co., MO? I think I remember them
coming even earlier or at least were there about the same time as my Brashear
crowd moved in about 1816-7 before it was open for white settlement. Were
these Howard families in Izard families that traveled on down to Izard Co.,
AR or do you know? Could be connected considering the travel patterns, huh?
