Jim,
Did you see my post that listed the information on Benjamin Franklin Davis
and Mary Frances Sams family. Jean Blair Blankenship was the one who shared
it with me. Jean is related through the Davis line.
If you missed it I will re-send it to you.

Rayburn Davis and Clara Barton Davis were the only two of Mary Frances Sams
children who survived to adulthood.
Rayburn Davis had twin sons that he adopted but they died young and his
sister Clara Barton Davis , never had any children, never married, she was a
schoolteacher.
So therefore Mary Frances Sams and Benjamin Franklin Davis line ended with
Rayburn and Clara.
