Hi Barbara,
I have done this and it's really easy,
Go to scrapbook it will tell you who the scrape book will be on and I believe you will see 8 boxes, you can click on the arrow of that particular bx and edit whatever you want to, then go to picture/object ,
you will have 3- choices, if your going to add a picture from your file, then that is the one you choose it's just about like sending an attachment,
